Key Program Features
- Highly qualified and compassionate DSPs: Our DSPs undergo comprehensive training, ensuring they have the skills to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Individualized care and family involvement: Our DSPs work closely with individuals and their families to develop personalized care plans tailored to specific needs.
- Ongoing professional development: We prioritize continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and access to the latest research in developmental disabilities.
Attendant Care
Our DSPs, who have completed the comprehensive Direct Care Worker Training provided by GCRC, are trained to provide personalized attendant care services. They assist with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility support. With compassion and respect, our DSPs promote independence and empower individuals to actively participate in their daily routines.
