Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) offer comprehensive support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily living activities. As a DSP, you will assist members with various daily tasks and personal care needs, promoting independence and inclusion in community activities. This role extends to supporting members in maintaining their health, safety, and well-being. You will also address behavioral challenges, offering appropriate support to resolve issues and communicating with involved parties to ensure a cohesive approach.

Job Coach

The role of a Job Coach involves providing tailored support to members in their workplace, helping them become comfortable and independent in their job activities. This includes identifying employment opportunities that align with each member’s interests and abilities, offering training and skill development, and assisting with personal or health concerns that may affect job performance. Job Coaches are crucial in ensuring that members not only find and maintain meaningful employment but also receive the support they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Family Provider

We believe in the transformative power of knowledge. Our training programs are meticulously designed to elevate skills, boost confidence, and foster innovation. As a Family Provider, you will support families and individuals by delivering high-quality training and resources that empower them to achieve their goals.

Vocational Trainer

In addition to training service providers in required trainings, our Vocational Trainers lead and manage our Vocational Training Programs, specifically focusing on Transition to Employment (TTE), Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), and overseeing the Practical Assessment Exploration System (PAES) Lab. This role involves a blend of teaching, curriculum development, and program management to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
